Terms and Conditions and you
These Terms and Conditions are divided into three parts:
“Terms of Purchase”, which apply to all orders for, and purchases of, goods made through this website,
“Terms of Use”, which apply to all use of this website, and
“Gift Vouchers”, which apply to all the use of Gift Vouchers.
In the Terms of Purchase and Gift Vouchers, "you" and "your" refer to any person placing an order via this website. In the Terms of Use, "you" and "your" refer to any person using this website.
TERMS OF PURCHASE
Orders
Orders may be placed by following the instructions set out on this website. By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Purchase. If you have any queries or questions, or are unclear of any of these terms, please contact us by using our Contact page.
By placing an order via this website you are making an offer to Banjaran to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms set out in your order. Once we have received your order you will receive a confirmation that we have received your order. Please note that your contract with Banjaran will only commence once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched to you. Your chosen payment method will be authorised and charged for the total value of your goods when your order is placed. If any of your ordered goods are not in stock or we do not accept all or part of your order for any other reason, a full refund of amounts paid in relation to the relevant goods will be made to your chosen payment method.
All orders are subject to these Terms of Purchase and no amendments by you will be accepted by us. We may amend these Terms of Purchase from time to time, and the Terms of Purchase in force at the time of any order available on this website will apply to that order.
If you are not a consumer, you confirm that you have authority to bind any business on whose behalf you use our site to order goods.
Prices
All displayed prices are inclusive of VAT or equivalent tax at the rate based on the country where you are viewing this website. If this differs from your delivery address then the correct price will be calculated at checkout.
All prices exclude the cost of postage, unless otherwise stated. A delivery charge will be added to your order value at the checkout, subject to any free delivery offers.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.
Any discount applied to an order using a discount code will be applied to the prices stated on our website for the relevant products at the time of order. Where we make comparisons to previous prices then, unless otherwise stated, those comparisons are to prices at which the relevant products were made available for sale to customers in the UK through our website for a continuous period of at least one month in the preceding six months (ignoring any period when our website may have been unavailable for any reason).
Product conformity
When we accept your order, we have an obligation to provide you with goods which conform to the contract between us. In particular, the goods must not be faulty or damaged.
We have taken every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct. Such descriptions and specifications are intended only to give a general description and are not intended to be binding. In addition, whilst we have made every effort to ensure that the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot guarantee a precise match of our products to the colour shown on your computer system.
Product availability
We aim to hold stock of all products shown on our website. However, on occasion, an item may be out of stock and this will be clearly shown on the product page of this website. If a chosen product is out of stock you may be given an estimated date for when the relevant product will be in stock and for delivery. This is an estimate only and is subject to change without notice and the estimated date does not place an obligation on us. We will endeavour to keep you informed.
Delivery and risk
All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and are subject to change. We accept no liability for any loss or damage (direct or indirect) if delivery takes place at any other time than the estimated delivery date. If for any reason we do not dispatch your goods within 10 working days of your order then, unless you otherwise request, we will cancel your order and promptly reimburse all money you have paid.
Goods remain at our risk until they are delivered to the person named in the delivery instructions, at which point risk passes to you. This means that we take responsibility if goods are damaged or lost in transit.
If you return goods to us in accordance with your cancellation and/or return rights described on our Returns Policy page, risk in the goods passes back to us once you dispatch the goods to the address given on that page for the purpose of returning goods, provided that you obtain proof of dispatch.
Damage/loss in transit/transport
On occasion transit damage may occur. If your order shows obvious transit damage upon delivery please refuse to accept delivery. If damage is only evident, or you discover that items are missing, upon opening your order please contact us as soon as possible. We will not accept liability for damaged or missing items if you do not notify us within five working days of receiving your delivery.
Cancellation and Returns
You have the right to cancel an order within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 30 days from the date on which you receive, or the person you have specified in your delivery instructions receives, the goods. If we send your order in more than one shipment, the cancellation period will expire 30 days from the date on which you receive, or the person you have specified in your delivery instructions receives, the last of the goods.
Goods can be returned outside of this period if they are faulty if the care instructions on this website and/or supplied with the goods have been complied with.

We will not accept any further claims for loss from or in connection with the supply of faulty goods, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, however arising.
Liability
We will not be deemed to be in breach of contract or of these Terms of Purchase as a result of any delay in our performance or failure to perform our obligations if that delay or failure to perform is due to any cause or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, fire, flood and other acts of God, strikes, riot, accident, disruption to energy supplies, civil commotion, acts of terrorism or war, breakdown of equipment or road traffic problems.
If you are a business, we only supply goods to you for internal use by your business, and you agree not to use the goods for any re-sale purposes.
If you are not a business, we only supply goods to you for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the goods for any commercial, business or re-sale purposes.
We have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
Our maximum liability arising out of any order for the supply of goods by us to you will be limited to the retail price of the goods contained in that order plus any associated delivery costs.
Mandatory rights
Regardless of anything else contained in these Terms of Purchase, nothing in these Terms of Purchase will restrict our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or any liability arising from fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, nor will any of these Terms of Purchase restrict any of your UK statutory rights. For further information about your UK statutory rights, contact your local authority Trading Standards Department or Citizens Advice.
If you are a consumer (and not a business), you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these Terms of Purchase, including the provisions in the paragraph headed "Law, territory and language" below, affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.
Law, territory and language
Sales on this website, these Terms of Purchase and your use of this website is governed by English Law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. This website and our Terms of Purchase have been designed for use within the UK and under UK law. We welcome orders and enquiries from outside the UK but we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of an order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations.
Any contract between us will be made only in the English language.

We reserve the right to decline a new customer registration or suspend or cancel a customer's account at any time at our sole discretion, and we reserve the right to terminate your access to all or part of our services at any time without notice.

This website is provided by us on an "as is" basis without any warranties or guarantees. We do not warrant that that this website will be fault or error free. If you detect a fault, please contact us and we will endeavour to correct the fault as quickly as we can.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Gift Vouchers
Our Gift Vouchers are electronic and can be used by applying the unique code that is sent by e-mail to the customer who purchased the Gift Voucher. You can redeem the Gift Voucher in our online store.
Please protect your Gift Voucher code and treat it like cash. We cannot accept responsibility if your Gift Voucher is misused as a result of you failing to keep the code secret.
The Gift Voucher will expire five years from purchase. We will not refund any balance remaining and we will invalidate the card.
Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. We do not give refunds on Gift Vouchers.
If you are using a Gift Voucher and the total order value is less than the value of the card, any balance will remain on the card and may be applied to future purchases, provided that the card has not expired.
Where goods you have purchased with a Gift Voucher are subsequently exchanged for goods of a lower price or returned, monies owing will be refunded to the Gift Voucher.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept a Gift Voucher which we deem to be duplicated or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud. We reserve the right to amend the Gift Voucher terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.
Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
These Terms and Conditions are effective from 27 October 2021.
